Do you have parking available?

Yes, we do! You'll find a dedicated parking area just off the Great Western Highway on Glen Street. There's also additional street parking available along Glen Street. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding blocking any driveways, thank you!

Are you family friendly?

Creating a family-friendly space was at the heart of making this space. We have dedicated play areas both indoors and out on the deck, plus a special kids' menu to keep little appetites happy. Our café is pram-friendly, and we provide high chairs, a bathroom with a change table and baby wipes, as well as plenty of fun extras like colouring activities, board games, and even dress-ups to keep the kids entertained while you relax.

Do you allow dogs?

We love welcoming your furry friends to 20 Mile Hollow Café! However, unless they’re a certified Service Animal, we kindly ask that dogs stay outside on the deck. This helps us comply with Food Standards Australia regulations , thanks for your understanding!

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we’re happy to cater to a wide range of dietary needs. Our menu includes gluten-free and dairy-free options, and we offer gluten-free breads and buns to adapt other dishes as needed. We also have a dedicated gluten-free cake fridge, with a selection of vegan treats available too!

What are your opening hours?

We are open from Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm, Friday 9am to 4pm & Saturday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Our kitchen closes 30 mins prior to close each day, with coffee and cakes still available up until close.

Do you take bookings / reservations?

We do! We accept bookings of any size and strongly encourage groups of 5+ to book ahead on our busier days. Simply head to our business profile on Google where you can send a Booking Request through, or give us a call and we can take your booking over the phone on (02) 4758 8058.

Do you offer takeaway?

Yes, all of our menu items are available for takeaway! You’re welcome to call ahead to place your order over the phone, or simply pop in and order at the counter. Please note, we currently offer pickup only - delivery isn’t available at this time.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there’s a ramp from the Glen Street car park that provides easy access to the café. Both the deck and indoor seating areas are wheelchair accessible, and we also have a wheelchair-friendly bathroom equipped with support rails.

Can I host a private event/function at the cafe?

Yes, you can! We offer our space for hire outside of regular café hours, perfect for a variety of events. From parties and private dinners to corporate functions, group classes, weddings, elopements, and more.
