We’re a family-run cafe with a deep love for feeding people well. Everything we do is rooted in that simple but powerful idea sharing food made with heart. It’s why we focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It’s why we go the extra mile for dietaries. And it’s why we’ve created a space that’s welcoming to everyone - families, dog lovers, tired travellers, and locals alike.
20 Mile Hollow isn’t just a café, it’s an extension of my home. When you walk through our doors, I hope you feel that.
My Journey So Far
Like many good stories, mine began in the kitchen, at home, surrounded by the clatter of pots and pans, the smell of something delicious my nanna was cooking, and the joy of feeding the people we love. Long before 20 Mile Hollow came to life, I was cooking and catering for friends, celebrating milestones with homemade meals, and quietly dreaming of sharing that love on a bigger scale with my communities.
What started as weekend bakes and dinner table experiments slowly grew into a passion for creating food that feels honest, generous, and full of heart. When we found our home here in the beautiful Blue Mountains, everything clicked, and 20 Mile Hollow was born.
From those humble beginnings in my home kitchen to the cafe I now call my own, my journey has been one of care, community, and connection, and I'm just getting started.
